Darrell P. White is a founding partner of Kimura London & White LLP and a trial attorney who represents businesses in complex litigation across multiple industries. With over 100 trials and evidentiary hearings to his credit, Mr. White has built a practice around solving problems that require both courtroom skill and strategic judgment.

Mr. White serves as lead counsel in disputes involving substantial stakes, often representing large corporations, multinational entities, and entrepreneurs in matters where millions or billions of dollars are at risk. Since co-founding the firm, he has recovered more than $21 million in settlements for his clients and successfully defended against claims worth significantly more. His approach is straightforward: prepare every case for trial from day one, which consistently produces better outcomes whether a matter resolves through negotiation or verdict.

He handles the full spectrum of complex business disputes, including contract litigation, real estate conflicts, financial services matters, and multi-party commercial cases. His trial experience spans both federal and state courts throughout California, as well as courts in Texas, Washington D.C., Florida, and Arizona. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeals and has argued both dispositive motions and appeals.

Mr. White is recognized as a 2026 Super Lawyer and has been a Best Lawyers honoree since 2021. He has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, the Daily Journal, and other national publications, and is regularly sought out by major media outlets for his insight on business litigation, real estate, and trial strategy. Darrell is also recognized by the Orange County Business Journal as a 2026 Top Litigator and Corporate Lawyer.

In addition to litigation, Mr. White provides outside general counsel services to clients in banking and financial services, entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and restaurant industries. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and brings significant experience in real estate disputes, including representing apartment owners and developers, handling landlord-tenant matters, and assisting manufactured housing community operators.

In furtherance of the firm's commitment to public service, Mr. White serves on numerous philanthropic and nonprofit boards in Orange County and throughout Southern California.
