Alex C. Eisner

Alexander C. Eisner is Of Counsel at Kimura London & White LLP and an accomplished trial attorney whose practice focuses on representing individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries as a result of negligence. With more than a decade of litigation experience and a record of over $100 million in recoveries for injured clients, Mr. Eisner brings extensive experience in complex personal injury litigation, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death matters.

Mr. Eisner's background includes founding Eisner Law, APC and previously serving as a named partner at Steel & Eisner, LLP. Throughout his career, he has handled hundreds of personal injury matters and secured numerous seven- and eight-figure recoveries for his clients. His results include an $11 million jury verdict on behalf of a pedestrian struck in a crosswalk, as well as multimillion-dollar settlements involving catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle collisions, dangerous property conditions, and government liability.

Mr. Eisner's litigation experience encompasses every stage of a personal injury case, from initial investigation and case development through discovery, expert depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. His approach emphasizes thorough preparation, effective use of expert testimony, and a willingness to litigate aggressively when insurance carriers refuse to fairly compensate injured clients. Having begun his legal career defending medical malpractice claims, Mr. Eisner also brings an understanding of defense litigation strategies and the evaluation of complex medical evidence to his representation of plaintiffs.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Eisner is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School, where he teaches California Civil Procedure. He also serves as a volunteer mediator with Resolve Law LA, helping parties resolve civil disputes through facilitated negotiation. His experience as both a litigator and mediator informs his approach to case strategy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Eisner is particularly recognized for his work within California's chiropractic community. An author, lecturer, and legal educator, he regularly presents continuing education programs to chiropractors on personal injury litigation, medical documentation, lien protection, and the intersection of healthcare and the law. He is the author of a legal guide for chiropractors and hosts the Staying Aligned podcast, which provides practical education to young chiropractors navigating personal injury matters. He also serves on the Personal Injury Committee of the California Chiropractic Association. Through these efforts, Mr. Eisner has developed longstanding relationships with treating healthcare providers and advocates for a collaborative approach to personal injury representation that respects the distinct roles of attorneys and medical professionals.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Eisner served as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, working in the Sex Crimes Division, Major Crimes, and Preliminary Hearings Unit. During that time, he second-chaired two criminal trials to conviction and conducted three preliminary hearings, each resulting in an order holding the defendant to answer. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Program Analyst for the United States Department of State.

Mr. Eisner earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy, from The George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2014.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Eisner enjoys music, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and two children.
