Associate Attorney
Baldemar Orozco Chanona is an Associate at Kimura London & White LLP, advising clients across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and nonprofit matters. He works with both domestic and international individuals and businesses on investment due diligence, cross-border transactions, and disputes involving contract breaches and fiduciary obligations. His practice reflects a strong understanding of complex financial structures and global regulatory considerations.
Baldemar earned his Juris Doctor from BYU Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands. During his academic career, he was recognized with the Van Uitert Public Interest Service Award with high honors. He is also a published author, with his work, Post-Crisis Private Funds Environments: A US-EU Regulatory and Enforcement Comparative Study Through a Luxembourg Lens, forthcoming in the Currents: Journal of International Economic Law (Summer 2026).

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family and pets. A licensed skydiver, Baldemar brings a sense of discipline and calculated risk-taking to both his personal and professional life. He also participates in community service efforts, including firmwide volunteering events with Second Harvest, supporting initiatives that address food insecurity.
