David J. Steadmon is an Associate Attorney with Kimura London & White LLP. An Orange County native, David represents businesses of all sizes across multiple industries.

He earned his J.D. with Scholastic Merit from Western State College of Law in Irvine. Prior to his legal training, David spent a decade as an educator in Orange County schools.

Renowned for his keen ability to listen, assess, and teach, David works in the Firm's litigation department.

Significant Victories

• Recovered six-figure settlement for a client through a wire fraud dispute. The client was defrauded by an online fund advertising on Facebook. The bank teller failed to follow proper verification protocols to protect the client. Prior to an arbitration hearing, the defendant settled.
• Recovered $800,000 settlement for client in a commercial real estate construction dispute.
• Represented a client who was sexually harassed prior to being wrongfully terminated. The case was ultimately resolved after the defendant realized the strength of the case.
• Represented a client broker sued by a nationwide real estate brokerage. The big broker demanded high six-figures from the client. After reviewing the 200-page franchise agreement, KLW discovered numerous illegal practices and sued. The case settled within two weeks with all parties agreeing not to pursue claims.
• Obtained settlement for client in a business fraud case in which our client was a minority shareholder. The majority shareholder locked the client out of the company by moving various assets to several different sub-companies.
