Significant Victories
- Represented a client who was the sole beneficiary of a life insurance policy for $500,000. Client's siblings filed a frivolous lawsuit to prevent funds from being dispersed to our client, alleging undue influence and fraud, without providing any evidence. The court found in favor of client and awarded the funds to which he is entitled.
- Represented a vendor providing contractual professional services to corporations. Due to a dispute arising during performance of services, defendants refused to pay the remaining balance owed on the contract. The case was settled at mediation for a six-figure settlement.
- Recovered six-figure settlement for a client through a wire fraud dispute. The client was defrauded by an online fund advertising on Facebook. The bank teller failed to follow proper verification protocols to protect the client. Prior to an arbitration hearing, the defendant settled.
- Recovered $800,000 settlement for client in a commercial real estate construction dispute.
- Recovered settlement for client tenant for a building that caught fire.
- Obtained settlement for client in a business fraud case in which our client was a minority shareholder. The majority shareholder locked the client out of the company by moving various assets to several different sub-companies.
