Olivia L. Benvenuto is an associate attorney at Kimura London & White LLP. She received her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2020.

During law school, Ms. Benvenuto was selected to the Dean's Circle, served as a mentor to first-year students as Dean's Fellow, and was placed on the Distinguished Honor Roll. She graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor's of Arts in English Literature in 2017, where she was Vice President of the English club.

Significant Victories

• Obtained a six-figure settlement in a car accident case. A six-figure settlement was received from the insurance company within one week of sending a demand letter, despite a police report with adverse findings against the client. Private investigators were hired to canvass the scene less than 24 hours after the car accident. That surveillance footage helped prove liability.
