China Practice Manager

Rosa Cheng serves as the China Practice Manager at Kimura London & White LLP. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in 2020.

Rosa plays a key role in shaping how the firm's U.S.–China cross-border matters are structured, managed, and delivered.

In this role, she leads the coordination and project management of complex, high-value matters involving litigation, business transactions, and international disputes. She brings structure, operational discipline, and transparency to each stage of a matter, ensuring alignment between legal strategy, client expectations, and execution.

In addition to her case management responsibilities, Rosa works closely with partners and is actively involved in the firm's strategic growth and business development initiatives. She has participated in various cross-border engagements alongside the firm's founding partner, Mr. William O. London, and travels to China annually in connection with the firm's international practice to help build and maintain relationships with clients and professional networks in both the United States and China.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Rosa plays a critical role in bridging cultural and legal differences, enabling the firm to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions for clients navigating complex cross-border matters.
